WHOA WHOA WHOA!!! IM FALLING INTO A BLACK HOLE!!! O NO

Hey, you're there, I knew that........ See I have smarticle particles!!! Well, first let me tell you scientists don't know much about black holes. All I know is that you cant see them. That was a lie I know more stuff about them (i just told you a straight up lie). This is what happens before a black hole forms, if you have a red giant and it is humongous, it will either turn into a supernova or a black hole. When it turns into a black hole it will collapse into itself. The reason why they call a black hole "black" is because it absorbs all the light that hits it, reflecting nothing.

That's a picture.

Black holes are really scary.......... because their black. If you ever went into a black hole you would turn into little tiny atoms once you hit the event horizon line (sounds scary.... huh!!!)....... (boo). Hahahahahaha..... i just scared you. LOL!!! Now back to real talk. Light cant even escape black holes. Sometimes I wonder if there is  another world inside a black hole. But I bet there is not because if anything or anybody ever went into a black hole, it would turn into little tiny atoms like I already said. HERE ARE SOME PICS!!!

To blurry
Perfect....... I guess!!

Well I know I didn't have much info...... its not my fault the computer was being mean to me!!!

I LOVE CHEESEBURGERS!!! LOVEM....yo dog peace!!! :D

STARS!!!! ARENT THEY PEERTTY!!

So, this is Taylor Green's Science Blog about stars!! Don't you want to see a picture of a weird looking star but I guess it is PRETTY!!!

Dont you just love that picture?!? Doesnt it look like what I said it looks like. Dont you just wish you could go out to space and wander around and do whatever I mean whatever you want to do. I THINK THAT SI JUST ME. Well stars are so cool they are really high in the sky. A star is a giant ball of gasses held together by gravity. The nearest star to earth is the SUN!! (ahhh)! I dont want to get BURNT by the SUN!!!! Sorry, I just had a moment. Anyway, you may think stars are a permanate objects in space but they are not. They are born and they die EVERYDAY!!! The first phase of a star is called a protostar. Then, it goes into  the main sequence. After the main sequence it becomes a red giant that is really big and after that stage it will become a supernova and it makes a big..... BOOM!!! But if it is small it will become a white dwarf but, if it is large in size it will become a black hole. When it becomes a white dwarf then it will evetually fade away and it will become a black dwarf. Here is a PICTURES of the STARS!!!

Still looks weird but it is still peerty

This is just plan old WEIRD!!!
Well..... I know everybody here want to be a star. Wait I think that is just me!!! I had another moment...... again. Well... chat chu LATER!!! :) :( :) :B... LOLZ!!!

THE TRIP TO FLORIDA!!!

So the first thing is the bus ride that thing was terrible (but @ least i slept pretty good)!!!!  It was a good thing we didn't ride the the school bus. But for the people who dont know what the school bus is, it's the big yellow one!!! (ahhh). Back to the terrible bus ride i almost pucked but I didn't!!! THANK GOODNESS!!!

Tuesday:
So whats up the people of the earth!!! We just got back from the trip to Florida. It was so, I mean so much fun we did everything there. So basically what we did today was, we first left shreiner at 9:00 p.m., it was so sad when we left our parents (tear) then, we got to the retreat center, then we went to the NASA center and we ate lunch there guess what... l,the burgers were $8.00...$8.00 for a burger (whay too much money), and then we ate dinner at Pizza Hut.

Wednesday:
So on wednesday we went to the beach and I was wearing a skirt and a shirt but my whole skirt got wet I was so mad but, thats the whole part about the beach. So what we did at the beach was run through the water thats one example how i got wet  and then we went back to the NASA Center for about two hours and ate dinner, we went to the dinner buffet at the hotel and that stuff......was delicious.

Thursday:
So on Thursday we woke up at 7:00 a.m. and had to put everything in our suitcases and put our suitcases in the bus at 7:30 a.m. And imagin taking a shower after 8 other girls it was terrible. But at like 9 or 9:30 we left on a charter bus and the ride was terrible..... again!!!

NASA Center symbol:

A picture of the hotel:

So this is the end of my blog. If you werent there it sucks for you and if you were there good for you. So I hope you loved my blog peace out!! :)

NO MORE VOLCANOES!!!! WOOHOO!!! NOW WE ARE ON TSUNAMIS!!!!

I AM BACK!!!  THAT VIDEO WAS SCARY DOG!!!  Just kidding, but that was..... SCARY!!!!  But tsunamis are also called seismic sea waves. (I LIKE THE NAME TSUNAMI BETTER..... don't you?) You know Tsunamis are basically a series of huge waves that happen after an undersea disturbance, such as an earthquake or volcano eruption. The waves from the Tsunami go in many directions (one time I saw a guy surfing during a tsunami).

Tsunamis happen about once or twice a year.Tsunamis can be as high as 100 feet. Sometimes the are mistakenly called "tidal waves". Don't say anything but I used to call them tidal waves (oopsise)!!! HAWAII is the state at greatest risk for a tsunami. I LOOVVEE HAWAII I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO GO THERE BUT MY PARENTS WON'T LET ME GO!!!!! (BOOHOO)! :(

YOU'RE ABOUT TO SEE PICTURE:

THATS TIGHT YO!!!!

Thats a picture of a TSUNAMI!!!!

NOW IM SCARED!!! AREN'T YOU?!!! But, Alaska is at high risk too. CALIFORNIA, OREGON AND WASHINGTON have experienced damaging tsunami about every 18 years. SO MANY STATES HAVE HAD A TSUNAMI!!!! WOW ITS WAY PAST MY BED TIME................................

       DEUSES!!!

DIVERGENT vs. CONVERGENT. (DUNDUNDUN)!!!

WASN'T THAT VIDEO AWSOME!!!!  IF YOU DIDNT THINK THAT VIDEO WAS AWSOME GO TO SLEEP!!!!  Enough of the chit chat!!! LETS GET DOWN TO BUSINESS!!!  Volcanoes can form from divergent and convergent bounderies. You should know that. Right?  Why dont you know....................?  Well anyway, when two or more plates collide they form volcanoes.  And when two plates move apart they also form volcanoes.

                                   Convergent Boundaries

Places where plates crash or crunch (crunch, crunch) together are called convergent boundaries.  Did you know that...........?  OMG (I AM MAD)! DID YOU KNOW THAT!!!!  Plates only move a few centimeters each year, so collisions are very slow and last millions of years.

                               Divergent Boundaries

NOW YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THIS IS!!!  I DONT GIVE UP BUT, I AM ABOUT TO!!
Places where plates are coming apart are called divergent boundaries. As you see in the picture, when Earth's lithospheric layer is pulled apart, it typically breaks along parallel faults that tilt slightly outward from each other. As the plates separate along the boundary, the block between the faults cracks and drops down into the soft, plastic interior athenospheric layer. DO YOU GET THAT!!!  I AM TIRED OF THIS!! I'LL TALK TO YOU LATER(grrr....)!!!!

YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS, VOLCANOES!!!

NOT AGAIN VOOOLLLCCCAAANNNOOOEEESSS (VOLCANOES)!!! I AM SO TIRED OF THEM (uggg) !!!!!   Do I have to, Mr. Sellers?  Yes, Taylor you have too!! THIS IS MESSED UP!! Now I have to learn about the different types of volcanoes. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME!!  It always happens to me.  WHY ME!!!?  Sooooo what your basically saying is that a Shield volcano is basically a volcano with a circular base, gentle slopes, and it is non-explosive.  Lava flows a very far distance before cooling. NOW I GET IT!!!

                                                                  Shield Volcano
NOW I GET IT!!

So a Compsite volcano is large explosive, framents plus lava (lava is scary).  It also has steep sides, and is cone shaped, (guess what) it is the most deadly (aahhhhh)!!!
                                                                  Composite Volcano
And there is one more type of volcano, the Cinder cone volcano, and it is small in size, lava shoots up high in the air then falls straight down!!! (aahhh)
                                               Cinder Cone Volcano

DONT YOU WANT TO TOUCH!!!!  BUT DONT!!

BYE  :) !!!

VOLCANOES!!!!!! EXPLOSION (BOOMBOOM)!!! AHHHH!!!

YOU KNOW ABOUT VOLCANOES DON'T YOU?  YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT THEM?
HOW DARE YOU!!!!  YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE ME CRY (BOOHOO).  Since you dont know about them, i'll tell you about them.  A volcano is basically a big hole in the earth's surface, which magma,  hot gasses, and rock comes out of. WOW, I CAN'T BELIVE YOU DIDNT KNOW THAT (WEIRDOS)!!!  But anyways when the rock froms, the mantle melts, the rock moves to the surface through the crust, it releases pent-up gases, then the volcano erupts.  Volcanoes are formed when two plates meet.  When two plates move apart it causes a gap in the middle of the volcano were the magma comes out and explodes (boomboom).  OMG MOM STOP CALLING ME . I have to go boom boom.  See you later!!!!

WHY ARE THERE FEW VOLCANOES IN THE HIMALAYANS!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!!! I NEVER EVER HEAR ABOUT VOLCANOES!!! Why dont I ever hear about them? (grrrrrrrrrr...) I am mad!!! But, I think the reason why I dont know about them is because I dont ask about them. I bet you didnt know that there are plate tectonics in the Himalayans.  I didnt know that either, but I just learened it. The Himalayans are formed by continent-continent collision, with no sudution occuring, soooo there are no volcanoes.  The two plates that collided created a pile up, but there wasn't a subduction of one or the other plate. That means when two plates collide it forms mountains therefore there is no subdution in the Himalayans.

I am glad I learned this stuff or else I would have failed my test.  Well, my mom is calling me, so I have to go. See you later.

What are mountains?

Hey, guys, what's up? I just learned that the oceanic crust is recycled at a subduction zone where one leading edge of convergent lithospheric plates is subducted beneath the other and remelted.  This all means that the crust is melted and made (or formed) again once it is hardened. Other parts of the oceanic crust is formed by volcanos.

Wow, continental crust is composed of materials less dense than oceanic crust so it flows on the mantle rather than being subducted into the athenosphere. The highest mountain range in the world, the snow-capped Himalays, is an example of a continent-to-continent.

K-2 is the second highest mountain in the world, I wish I was the second highest mountain in the world. Anyway, K-2 formed when two plates moved together and created a mountain.Well see you guys later!

Inventions that changed our lives

Computers have had a great impact on the world, changing our lives greatly.  For example, they have helped us with more accurate predictions in health, the environment, weather and discoveries of our universe. Without them, we wouldn't have the extensive knowledge that we have today.  I am really glad we have computers, they made a big difference in our world.  Also, we can order stuff online and play games.  Computer are really cool!

I really didnt know this but, Charles Babbabge, who lived from 1792-1871 invented the computer.  I wonder how he did it.  I imagine he initially made a lot of errors and did not get them correct, but he tried and tried and finally got it.  In 1822, he created the "analytical engine".

Computers started entering homes in 1989 and now they are found in most homes today.  I wonder if there will be a day when they will be found in all homes? And, I wonder how much faster they can possibly become?  Check back with me later and maybe I can answer these questions.  Ok, well, bye.
